Return Policy
1. Inspection upon Receipt
Please inspect your products carefully as soon as you receive them from our delivery representative.
If you notice any visible damage or defect, inform the delivery representative immediately and return the item with them. We will cover all related shipping costs.
2. Returns within 24 Hours
If you wish to return the product after your initial inspection, please contact us and schedule a pick-up within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Returns requested beyond this 24-hour window cannot be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Fees
Defective/Damaged on Delivery: We cover all shipping costs for immediate returns due to defects or damage.
Return within 24 Hours (but after delivery): You are responsible for return shipping fees; these fees will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining balance will be issued back to you.
4. Condition of Returned Products
Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging (boxes, tags, stickers).
Returns are not accepted for damage caused by customer misuse or negligence.
